Cisco Router Arp Manual Entry Mac Address For Mac

Greetings,
I'm using a Cisco 871 in a router on a stick configuration to route and prioritize traffic on one of our branch locations.
I have several other locations with the exact same configuration on the router, but this one seems to have a strange issue where clients using it as the gateway will have the connection suddenly stop working.
The configuration is pretty basic, 0.0.0.0 goes to the firewall and addresses internal to our network travel over a dedicated line. A client will be working along just fine, and then it will lose the connection to the Internet. Pings to hosts on the internal network over the dedicated line are fine.
Ping is also lost to the internal address of the firewall.
The same behavior occurs on the router itself.
The
ROUTER#clear arp
Command restores all communincation.
What could possibly be causing this issue? I have tried two different switches. Creative zen nano plus 1gb mp3 player manual mac.
